Clear administration

With our improved online portal you can not only consult your order status, but also view your quotes, delivery notes and invoices.

  1. Go to “My account”
  2. Click on “My orders”, “Offers”, “Delivery receipts” or “Invoices”
  3. Choose the desired document and click on it to open it

Order history

View and search your personal order history within our current product range up to 25 years ago. This way you always have an overview of your previous online and offline purchases.

  1. Go to “My account”
  2. Click on “My products”
  3. View the current items you have ordered over the past 25 years

Technical filters

With filters you can sort products by price, brand, length, and more. This way you can quickly see relevant products without scrolling through all available products.

  1. Go to the desired product category via the menu
  2. On the left you will find the specifications you can filter on
  3. Click on the desired values to find the ideal item for your application

Advanced search

Thanks to the improved search function you can quickly find products. With "advanced search" you can enter specific criteria to narrow the search results and find exactly what you are looking for.

  1. Click on “Advanced search” at the top of the search bar
  2. Filter by article number, brand, product name, category, barcode or description
  3. Click “Search” and get a list of products that match your search

Delivery or pick up

Order your stock items before 1 pm and they will be shipped the same day or pick them up in our showroom during our opening hours or in the collection container that is available 24/7.

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and click on “To shopping cart”
  2. Choose your delivery or collection method in the 2nd step of checkout
  3. Order before 1pm and your goods will be shipped the same day (if in stock)

Stock view

Under the order button you can see the status of the stock of an item. This way you can always see how many pieces of a product are in stock.

  1. Go to the product you want to order
  2. Move your mouse over the text “In stock” and view the number of items in stock
  3. If the stock is not known, you can contact our sales department

Article composition

If you scroll down on a composite item (set), you can see, in addition to the technical specifications, which products the set consists of.

  1. Go to a set that consists of multiple products and scroll down
  2. Do you see “Article composition”? Click on this and view the composition
  3. You can also click on these products or order them separately

Comparing products

With the comparison function you can compare products based on specific technical characteristics, so that you can make the right choice.

  1. Search for a product via the menu or the search function
  2. Click on “Add to compare” at the bottom of the product
  3. Click on “Compare” and view all the details or just the differences of 2-3 products

Wish lists

You can save your favorite products in various wish lists (per employee, department,...) and order them with 1 click.

  1. Go to a product, select the quantity you want to order and click on the heart
  2. Add the item to existing wish lists or create a new list
  3. View and manage your wish lists at “My account” and (re)order them easily

Bulk prices

A bulk price is a special pricing arrangement that gives you a discount if you buy a large number of the same product.

  1. For some products you get a discount if you buy multiple pieces
  2. You can see the bulk quantities and the unit price below the normal price
  3. The price per piece is automatically adjusted when entering the quantities

Terms of payment

An essential part of online ordering is of course the payment process. Reliability and convenience are of great importance here.

  1. Choose your desired payment method in step 3 when checking out your shopping cart
  2. If you have an agreed payment term with Welda, such as “30 days at the end of the month”, you can also choose this here
  3. If you choose bank transfer, your goods will only be shipped once payment has been made

Add references

You can add a reference or comment to your shopping cart for each product. For example, you can add for whom the article is intended or provide your own article numbers.

  1. Choose your desired products and go to your shopping cart
  2. If desired, add a reference or comment per product. This could be a department or person, but also your own article number
  3. In the last step of your checkout you can add a reference or comment for your entire order

Using discount codes

When paying for your order, you can click on "Enter your discount code here". A valid discount code will automatically be applied to your shopping cart.

  1. Choose your desired products and go to your shopping cart
  2. Click on “Enter your discount code here” at the bottom, enter your code and click on “Add”
  3. If your code is valid, it will now be applied to your order
