Delivering

It is important that your order is delivered to you safely and on time. That is why we would like to explain the delivery process, so that you know exactly what to expect.

As soon as your order has been placed, our team will start processing your order carefully. We make sure that your products are packed with the utmost care so that they arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery time may vary depending on the product and your location. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and reliably. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your package and keep an eye on the expected delivery date.

We deliver orders directly to the specified delivery address. Therefore, make sure you enter the correct address details during checkout to avoid delays or problems with the delivery. If you notice that you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@welda.be so that we can make the changes if possible.

Upon receipt of your package, we kindly ask you to carefully check the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the contents of the package, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Your online order will be shipped free of charge from a purchase amount of €100 excl. VAT.

Your offline order will be shipped free of charge from a purchase amount of €250 excl. VAT. (parcels less than 30kg and less than 60cm high, 80cm wide and 200cm long).

If you want to order items that are sent with a special transport such as welding tables, the extra costs are displayed at the item level below the price.

When will my order be shipped?

With an order before 1 pm (during weekdays), the goods will be shipped the same day.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

We ship your order to the address of your choice.

You can select a delivery address from the already known addresses or specify an alternative delivery address during step 2 "Delivery" when checking out your shopping cart.
