For example, the commissioning of a new 3D drawing package that automatically calculates the sheet deflections created the need for a laser cutting machine. Because it makes little sense to optimize the bending and welding flow if you keep losing a lot of time cutting the plates in the initial phase of the production process. For that fiber laser, Aluservice turned to house supplier Welda Machinery. And with success: the BLE PRO 1530 from Baykal performs excellently, with a gain in productivity that can be called spectacular.
