Cruiser 402 Synergic multifunctional welding machine Inverter 3x400V
The Cruiser 402 Synergic is a professional three-phase inverter (Duty time 100% 400A at 40°C) with separate wire unwind unit for MIG-MAG, MMA, MMA-cellulose, Lift TIG-DC welding and ARC AIR cutting and gouging.
Features:
- A multitude of synergic MIG-MAG programs to facilitate the selection of the correct welding parameters for any type of welding wire
- The power source can be easily deployed in hard to work places thanks to the robust design of the M-trolley
- The WF 103 drive unit with electrode holder connector, long cable and optional gas flow meter is suitable for shipyards
- The WF 105 drive unit is suitable for any application, ranging from medium to heavy construction and automation
- MMA, ARC AIR and MIG-MAG processes can be selected directly on the control panel of the drive car
- Microprocessor, inverter technology, digital displays, synergic pr programs and memorization of welding programs ensure a complete repetitive welding process
- The WECO unique HAC (Hybrid Arc Control) ensures a stable, quiet MIG/MAG welding arc with as little spatter as possible during welding and an excellent weld pool
- 3T Mode for both Hot Start and Crater Filling to obtain optimum penetration at the start of the weld and crater filling at the end of the weld
- Additional parameters, wire motor acceleration, soft start , burn back and post gas are additional settings for perfect arc ignition and optimal burn-off of the wire at the end of the weld
- The modular concept allows easy upgrading of the welding system
- Possibility to can be welded in MMA with welding electrodes up to 8 mm in diameter
- Lift TIG-DC ignition reduces tungsten inclusions in the weld pool
- Cooling unit available as an option
- Fan and blower on request built-in Wind Tunnel for protection the electronic parts against dust and acid and thus improves durability
- Push-Pull torch attachment available for MIG aluminum welding.
