360x500 SHI-LR Pegas-Gonda bandsaw machine + microcool
Semi-automatic bandsaw machine with double-sided miter and hydraulic clamping + microcool.
Features:
- A sturdy semi-automatic fully hydraulic industrial sawing machine for many types of profiles
- Thanks to the construction of this machine, it is possible to cut in 45° (left-right) large pieces are still being processed
- Furthermore, the machine can swivel up to 60°
- Including frequency controller and digital angle reading
Construction of the machine:
- The machine is designed in such a way that it can withstand the most extreme loads in productive conditions
- The saw arch is mounted in guide bushes with a Teflon friction layer
- Drive wheels made of cast material
- Electronic adjustment of the depth and height position of the saw arc via microswitches
- The material clamp is made of cast steel with clamping jaws that ensure a secure clamping. Opening and closing of the material clamp is done hydraulically by means of a cylinder with a small stroke length . The manual movement is done with a hand wheel. Lateral manual adjustment of the material clamp depending on the cutting angle by means of a handle.
- The robust welded turntable is mounted on tapered roller bearings and is clamped by means of an eccentric lever. Positioning the turntable for straight cuts ;by means of a spring mechanism. With the other angle settings, positioning is done by reading on the scale.
- Equipped with a STOP button whereby the saw arc can stop at any height . The saw arc returns to the starting position without the saw blade stopping and the clamp opening.

Automatic sawing cycle:
- Start sawing
- Material clamp closes automatically
- Sawing (continuously adjustable feed)
- End of sawing (adjustable cutting height)
- Arm stops back in top position
