Features of the Plasma RED machine:

The best “Plug and Play” solution for plasma quality. Easy to use and learn, you can achieve full effect immediately. Designed for cutting ferrous, steel and aluminum materials in both thin to medium thicknesses and various sheet sizes with dimensions up to 2.5m wide and 12m long. The Plasma RED is used in steel production and in the HVAC production markets.

The HMI interface (Soitaab Human Machine Interface) has been specially developed for the RED model. It has a touchscreen monitor with intuitive, user-friendly and self-learning CNC control for all operations.

Positioning accuracy is guaranteed by the rigidly welded gantry, double brushless longitudinal motorizations with axial control of the gantry, rectified rack and pinion linear guiding maneuvers coupling, independent gantry (but integrated with) the separate cutting table from the machine's guide structure.

Particular attention has been paid to the manuals and compliance with safety standards, making the Pladma RED a safe and reliable machine. Plasma RED is suitable for high XD plasma definition cutting. Plasma available up to 300 amps
