While in operation, the automatic wire feeder has four feed options:

• Continuous mode: A continuous current is supplied to the wire feed unit, resulting in consistent wire delivery. The speed can be manipulated to coincide with the speed of individual welding.
• Pulse mode: This mode alternates between high and low current to reduce spatter and minimize heat input. The pulse rate can be manipulated to coincide with the pulse rate of the weld and reduce excess wire output.
• Manual Wire Feed: After holding down, the wire feeder starts feeding the wire, and the manual wire feed speed depends on the manual feed speed found in the settings.
• Manual Retraction: After holding down, the wire feeder begins to retract, and the manual retraction speed depends on the manual retraction speed found in the settings.
