Standard equipment APHS CNC press brake:
- Heavy duty, welded monoblock construction for minimal deformation under load
- Two bending cylinders (Y1-Y2 ) made of high-quality steel and with high precision
- Guidance of the RAM in low-friction fiber guides
- Full electronic synchronization of the RAM (Y1-Y2) via proportional valves, continuously monitored and adjusted by the CNC control. This results in maximum bending accuracy and reliability for repeatability
- Depth adjustment of the RAM via highly reliable and accurate linear guides (GIVI MEASURE)
- Controlled backgauge for the X-axis (for – rear) with a reach of 1000 mm, driven via DC motor and ball spindles, with manual R –axis (height control)
- 2 foldable stop fingers (can be moved manually in Z direction and can be controlled very accurately)
- Standard tool holders with clamping force control for the upper blade, type PROMECAM-AMADA
- Standard tool clamps for lower beam
- Compact and maintenance-friendly hydraulic arrangement at the top of the machine (easily accessible)

- Preset 2-speed cycle with fast approach, low bending speed and fast ram return. The transition from rapid traverse to bending speed is set via the safety laser
