Features

• Being seamless, it produces welds with very low diffusible hydrogen content, typically 2.8ml/100g weld metal
• Excellent weldability in all positions and is extremely efficient in the primer against ceramic backing
• Good penetration in vertical down direction greatly reduces the risk of blemishes
• It also gives excellent performance against porosity on primed steel plates when using automated welding such as an angle welder
• SF-1A has a stable arc with less spatter and a perfect weld bead surface
• The cored wire has a clean, copper-coated surface
• Together with the exact diameter and roundness, this ensures a stable and even wire feed. This reduces wear on liners and contact tips
• The wire is classified as Grade 3 (-20°C)
