20x0.9 Bi-Alfa Cobalt M42 band saws normal tooth
The band saw blade X-ray Bi-Alfa Cobalt M42 has HSS-M42 tooth tips. The high wear resistance of the saw blade is due to the very hard and evenly distributed carbides in the tooth tips, formed during the hardening and tempering process.
The martensitic structure of the tooth tips and the high cobalt content ensure an excellent hardness and toughness and reduce wear at high cutting speeds. With a high chromium strip, the saw blade can withstand the great tensions and blade guide pressure present in modern sawing machines.
