KFS 10-25 manual folding bench 1020x2.5 mm 135° segmented
The KF models are a series of well-dimensioned folding benches with a foot-operated clamping system.
This press brake is a strong, well-dimensioned machine specially designed for professional users. It is a compact construction, fully welded, of high quality with a minimum of maintenance. It is designed for easy and safe operation.
The clamping of the material is done by means of a foot pedal, which causes the upper frame to move. This leaves both hands free to position the workpiece perfectly. This results in a fast and safe bending operation. The top frame, bottom frame and the bending tool have a clearance of 25 mm that can be used when bending profiles with an edge.
The bending machine is equipped with segmented bending tools that enable the bending of trays, with a maximum side height of 69mm. The segments are available in different widths. These are mounted on a guide bar to switch quickly and easily between folding plates and trays of different widths.
Types:
Type KF 20 and 25 are with manual clamping system.
All models have counterbalanced folding beams, slack in the clamping, bed and folding beams and angle stop as standard.
Type KFL: Low 45° clamping beam with a normal straight sharp blade
Type KFS: low 45° clamping bar with a segment-divided clamping bar for box & pan folding

- Round blade: 1, 5 & 2.5mm
