How does it work?

• After you place your order, we'll create a personalized gift card and deliver it digitally within 1 business day
• Prefer to send it by post? Simply note this in the comments section of your shopping cart (general or per item line). Please allow at least 3 working days
• Would you like a name on the gift card? Please include this in the comments as well

Important when purchasing gift cards online

Gift cards are only sent after payment. Therefore, always choose immediate payment at checkout (Visa, Bancontact, etc.), even if you normally have a deferred payment term.

• Payment via bank transfer: the gift card will only be created once the payment has been received
• Payment according to payment terms: we will first send a pro forma invoice, the gift card will be sent after payment has been received
