Semi-automatic bandsaw machine with hydraulic clamping.
General characteristics
- Constructively heavily built machine specially developed for sawing medium-heavy profiles and full material, consisting of:
- Sheet steel base with removable tray for collecting the saw chips
- Built-in hydraulic group
- Built-in coolant reservoir with pump
- Saw bracket with drive wheels
- Saw bracket foot with miter device
- Saw bow and saw bow foot
- Bracket, foot and drive wheels completely made of cast material.
- Tight bracket construction for a perfect cut.
- Sturdy hinge point for a stable sawing movement. li>
- Belt tensioning device with saw break protection and belt tension control.
- Simple angle adjustment with clearly readable scale.
- Miter device with locking button for 90° and 45° and 60° (right) .
- Quick release lever for locking the miter device.
- Material clamp manually adjustable and hydraulically clamped.
- Tungsten carbide band saw guide with adjustable support bearings.
- Adjustable band saw guide for obtaining a right angle cut.
- Adjustable height of the saw arch by means of of microswitches.
Hydraulic system
- Central hydraulic group with electrically operated valves.
- Functions: hydraulic clamping of the workpiece.
- Regulating valve for the lowering speed of the bracket
Electric control panel
- Setup built into the machine.
- Main switch with minimum voltage relay.
- Switch belt speed selection (34 – 71 m/min.).
- Switch coolant pump.
- Push button lowering saw arc to workpiece.
- Push-button start with control lamp.
- Control lamp for presence of mains voltage.
- Emergency stop.
Coolant device
- Electric pump built on a reservoir.
- A removable chip tray above the reservoir
- Double coolant supply (front and rear of workpiece)
