The Weco Digimanager torch has been specially designed to provide the welder with the ideal tool that integrates perfectly with the Weco Power Pulse 505D Full Digital power sources. The wide, highly visible OLED screen and the large buttons, which can be operated with welding gloves, make these torches a real remote control panel. They provide all the required functions for the welder who works at a distance from the welding machine.

Interaction with the power source

The Weco Digimanager torch communicates accurately in real time with the machine. The torch gives full control over all available parameters to optimize welding in the setup phase and while running the weld bead.

Beyond the welding parameters

Thanks to the perfect layout of the buttons and the large OLED screen, in addition to the welding parameters, the operator can manage the activation/deactivation of special functions (K-DEEP, DOUBLE PULSE, BI-LEVEL, SPOT WELDING, etc.) stored in the FAVORITES buttons on the front panel of the welding machine.

Alarm display

In the event of deviations during welding, the DIGIMANAGER torch immediately displays the code that relates to the alarm that has occurred. When SUPERVISION LIMITS are activated, the DIGIMANAGER torch will display both the WARNING and ALARM code of the limits that have been exceeded during welding.

Job mode

The jobs that are in the power source stored can be called up in the setup phase and also during welding with the DIGIMANAGER torch. Jobs can be scrolled during welding without arc interruptions. Ideal for those who want to create work sequences and complete the entire sequence without welding interruptions, even when changing welding processes.
