iROB welding power sources for robotic welding
Take advantage of the full current range of the modular iROB series of robotic welding power sources.
The models are available with both air and liquid cooling and various currents. This allows you to weld all materials, filler materials and wire diameters with your preferred shielding gas and ensures reproducible welding results.
With the iROB series, you cover the entire range of process technology. From standard short-circuit arcs and spray arcs with and without pulse technology to electronically controlled special processes such as "mX Clean" or "mX Kinetic" with retracting filler wire. Suitable for sensitive applications with thin sheet metal, including aluminum, but also for robust heavy steel constructions. We supply the power sources including all processes and characteristics.
Do you need to increase your productivity or are you struggling with heat input?
The mX Kinetic process - the process with the lowest possible heat input in the welding industry - is the perfect solution for this challenge (model 501 PRO).
Do you want to suppress or reduce welding spatter?
With the mX Clean process you can achieve an extremely stable arc. Weld open root seams without pool support and without post-processing (models 401, 501, 501 PRO).
Does high-quality welding with a TIG seam pattern seem impossible to you?
The mX Move DC process solves this problem - especially when welding aluminum (models 401, 401 AC/DC, 501, 501 PRO).

The current range covers the entire spectrum of processes. All materials, including aluminum, nickel and stainless steel, low and high alloys or galvanized alloys can be welded with the iROB power source series with welding wire from 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm.
