Metalworking, welding and tools in action

On Thursday, October 16th, and Friday, October 17th, Welda once again opened its doors to customers, schools, and professionals from the welding and metalworking industries. As every year, our buildings were fully dedicated to technology, demonstrations, and experiences.

Both the Welda showroom and the Welda Machinery hall were transformed into a comprehensive demonstration center where visitors could see the latest machines, welding equipment, tools, and workshop solutions in action.

The DemoDays 2025 were once again a great success. We would like to thank all visitors for their enthusiasm and attendance. Welda continues to invest in demonstrations, support, training, and new technology, and we are already looking forward to next year's edition.

Large attendance and strong interest

The turnout was impressive: throughout the day, visitors discovered the latest developments in welding, metalworking, fume extraction, tools, workshop equipment, and safety.

In the morning, we once again welcomed many schools and larger groups, with special tours where they could explore the latest machines and technologies in a relaxed atmosphere.

During the afternoon and evening, we provided free snacks and drinks. The convivial atmosphere made it ideal for catching up with suppliers, demonstrators, and our own product specialists.

As in previous years, the event remained pleasantly busy until late in the evening. Suppliers, visitors, and employees took the time to share experiences, answer questions, and discuss new projects.

For Welda, DemoDays are an ideal opportunity to interact directly with customers and better understand their needs.

What were you able to discover during DemoDays 2025?

Welding: live demonstrations & latest welding equipment

This year's focus was on more efficient, smarter, and high-quality welding, with continuous demonstrations by our experts. Visitors could test various processes and receive advice on settings, materials, and applications.

During the DemoDays, visitors discovered, among other things:

Latest-generation industrial MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA solutions
Digital welding equipment with advanced pulse programs
Weld seam cleaning and stainless steel surface treatment
Cutting and welding expertise from our demonstrators, including practical tips for production environments
Advice on welding gases and safety

In addition, extensive attention was given to workshop equipment for welders, including welding tables and clamping systems.

Metalworking: machines in action

More than a hundred machines were on display in the Welda Machinery hall, ready for live demonstrations and practical examples. Our technical advisors provided continuous tips & tricks, explanations of capacities, and advice on organizing workshops more efficiently.

Visitors discovered, among other things:

Press brakes, shears, and bending machines for sheet metal working
Band and circular saws for a variety of metal profiles
Column drilling machines and other drilling solutions
Plasma cutting tables for precise and fast cutting

These demonstrations showed how modern metalworking machines can increase productivity, accuracy, and reliability in any workshop.

Tools, PPE & workshop equipment

In the Welda showroom, visitors discovered the full range of tools, welding supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), measuring tools, lighting, grinding and sanding products, maintenance products, and workshop accessories. Everything was available to set up a professionally equipped workshop, efficient, safe, and future-proof.

Thanks to exclusive promotions and special prices, the DemoDays were the perfect opportunity to invest in new tools, from high-quality power tools to robust hand tools. Visitors could not only view the products but also test them live, giving them a clear understanding of the quality, performance, and ease of use of each tool.

Besides tools, the focus was also on safety and ergonomics in the workshop. Professionals could try out PPE such as gloves, goggles, welding shields, and protective clothing, while the correct layout of work tables, storage systems, and lighting was demonstrated. All this makes it easier to keep a workplace productive, organized, and safe, both for small workshops and larger production environments.
