460x600 SHI-LR Pegas-Gonda bandsaw machine
The Pegas Gonda 460×600 SHI-LR is a hydraulic semi-automatic band saw. The machine automatically handles vice clamping, cutting, arm lifting and vice opening. It offers a maximum cutting capacity of Ø 460 mm (round) or 600×460 mm (rectangular) and provides mitre cutting from 60° left to 60° right. Ideal for single-piece work and small batches in steel and stainless steel.

- Thanks to the construction of this machine, 45° (left-right) large pieces can still be processed
- Furthermore, the machine can swivel up to 60°
- Supplied as standard with saw blade and 1L cooling oil
Construction of the machine
- The machine is designed to withstand the most extreme loads in all productive conditions
- Equipped with a STOP button that can stop the saw arc at any height. The saw arch then returns to the top without the band saw stopping and the material clamp opening
- Pivot point of the saw arch with adjustable conical bearing
- Electronic adjustment of the depth and height position of the saw arc via microswitches
- The material clamp is made of cast steel with clamping jaws that ensure a secure clamping. Hydraulic opening and closing of the material clamp by means of a cylinder with a full stroke length. The lateral movement takes into account the cutting angle
- Turntable with large base and easy clamping. Positioning every 15 degrees by mechanical spring system. Digital angle reading of the turntable
- Tungsten carbide band saw guide
- Electro-mechanical protection of the band saw
- Mechanical tensioning of the band saw
- Transmission of the motor power to the band saw drive by means of a worm gear with maintenance-free oil filling
- The band saw speed is fully adjustable via a frequency control on the motor
- Schip brush for cleaning the band saw
- Robust chip collector
- Necessary safety features when opening the guard cover and in case of saw breakage
- Operation with low voltage 24V
- Main switch is located at the door of the control panel with emergency stop
- Control button for the regulation of the power supply and digital display of the cutting angle
- Fully hydraulic movement of the saw arm, clamping and clamping pressure
