3R UHS 25-500* Sahinler plate roller
Hydraulic 3-roll plate roller (Heavy Duty) 25-500.
Features:
- Very efficient when bending thick plates.
- Smaller dimensions make it easier to transport medium-sized and large machines
- The fact that the two lower rollers move horizontally also means a lower working height, which means that a smaller foundation pit is necessary (less anchoring load)
- During production (pre-bending and bending phases), the plate always keeps its horizontal position, allowing the material to be manipulated
- The solid construction and the special geometry of the 3R UHS can be used as a bending machine
- The 3R UHS machine has the ability to reduce the center distance between the lower rollers, resulting in the best pre-bend in any desired diameter
- Some 3 and 4 roll pyramid machines require the top roll to tilt to remove the produced tube. This is not necessary on the 3R UHS machine
- This machine can bend thicker plates compared to equivalent 3 or 4 roll machines
- Induction hardened, forged or rolled SAE 1050 (CK 45) steel coils
