360x500 SHI-LR Pegas-Gonda bandsaw machine
The Pegas Gonda 360×500 SHI-LR is a hydraulic semi-automatic band saw. The machine automatically handles vice clamping, cutting, arm lifting and vice opening. It offers a maximum cutting capacity of Ø 360 mm (round) or 500×350 mm (rectangular) and provides mitre cutting from 60° left to 60° right. Ideal for single-piece work and small batches in steel and stainless steel.

Construction of the machine
- The machine is designed in such a way that it can withstand the most extreme loads in productive conditions
- The saw arch is mounted in guide bushes with a Teflon friction layer
- Drive wheels made of cast material
- Electronic adjustment of the depth and height position of the saw arc via microswitches
- The material clamp is made of cast steel with clamping jaws that ensure a secure clamping. The material clamp is opened and closed hydraulically by means of a cylinder with a short stroke length . The manual movement is done with a hand wheel. Lateral manual adjustment of the material clamp depending on the cutting angle by means of a handle.
- The robust welded turntable is mounted on tapered roller bearings and is clamped by means of an eccentric lever. Positioning of the turntable when sawing straight by means of a spring mechanism. With the other angle settings, positioning is done by reading on the scale.
- Equipped with a STOP button that allows the saw arc to stop at any height. The saw arc returns to the starting position without the saw blade stopping and the clamp opening.
