The band saw blade Röntgen Bi-Alfa Profile and its Profile WS variant ensure a perfect cut under vibration-sensitive sawing tasks. Vibrations during the cutting of pipes, beams and profiles reduce the life of a conventional saw blade. Röntgen offers the perfect solution for these types of applications. The reinforced tooth increases resistance to vibration overload during interrupted sawing and protects the band saw blade against tooth breakage.
The tooth tip consists of proven HSS-M42 and has excellent mechanical wear resistance.
Bi -Alfa Profile WS has been specially developed for cutting profiles and beams that are under tension. During cutting, this tension is released and therefore requires a particularly large cut to prevent the saw blade from jamming in the material.
