28mm Professional Extreme 8.7 welding tables

Material thickness:

• Approx. 24.5 - 27 mm

Material:

• Hardened tool steel + plasma nitrided

Vickers hardness:

• Basic hardness about 280 - 340 Vickers
• The less used side walls are made of S355J2+N for cost savings.

• Bore distance 100 mm
• Grid distance 100 mm

Side walls:

• 200 mm high
• Changed bore pattern allows parallel fixtures to be made, the side wall has a 50 mm grid pattern

Radius:

• A radius of 3 mm at the top of the top ensures less damage to the table
• A radius of 6 mm at the sides on the corners of the table reduces the risk of injuries

System bore:

• Ø 28.15 mm

Radius R3 at the bores

• Reduces damage to the tables and accessories
• For easier clamping of bolts and accessories
• Even less adhesion of welding spatter to the drilling edges
• Less damage when moving heavy construction and fixture parts
• Bevelled on the sides for optimum tension on the bolts
