16mm Professional Extreme 8.7 welding tables - side walls with diagonal grid
Professional Extreme 8.7 16mm.
The high resistance of these tables makes them ideal for extremely heavy work. The diagonal bore pattern doubles the clamping options on the welding and clamping table.
The Professional Extreme 8.7 welding and clamping tables are made of special tool steel and are plasma nitrided and coated. Due to the extremely strong surface structure, these tables have a high resistance to impact, shock and corrosion. Due to the high resistance of these tables, they are extremely suitable for extremely heavy work.
Material thickness:
- Approx. 11.5 - 13 mm
Material:
- Hardened tool steel + plasma nitrided
Vickers hardness:
- Basic hardness about 280 - 340 Vickers
- The less used side walls are made of S355J2+N for cost savings.
Data:
- Bore spacing 50 mm
- Grid spacing 50 mm
Side walls:
- 100 mm high
- Changed bore pattern allows parallel fixtures to be made, the side wall has a 50 mm grid pattern
Radius:
- A radius of 3 mm at the top of the top ensures less damage to the table
- A radius of 6 mm at the sides at the corners of the table reduces the risk of injury
System drilling:
- Ø 16 mm
Radius R2 at the drillings
- Reduces table damage s and accessories
- For easier clamping of bolts and accessories
- Even less adhesion of welding spatter to the drilling edges
- Less damage when moving heavy construction and fixture parts
Reinforcement:
- Multiple ribs on the underside for extra stability and accuracy
Table legs (data for standard leg ):
- Box profile 70x70 mm
- Foot Ø 70 mm (solid)
- Leg is 40 mm finely adjustable
Load capacity:
- Maximum load capacity per leg is 1,000 kg
