In addition to standard sizes, it is possible to supply clamping tables with customer-specific sizes on request. However, the clamping tables have a maximum size of 2000 x 3800 mm.

Siegmund has developed an aluminum support plate especially for stainless steel processing companies. This can be placed on the welding table and prevents blemish corrosion as a result of contact between steel and stainless steel. Because the hole pattern of the support plate corresponds to the hole pattern of the welding table, you retain the same clamping options: The aluminum support plate, however, can only be combined with the adjustable tension bolt.

• Hardened tool steel + plasma nitrided

Vickers hardness:

• Basic hardness approximately 280 – 340 Vickers
• The less used side walls are made of S355J2+N for cost savings.

• Changed bore pattern makes it possible to make parallel fixtures, the side wall has a 50 mm grid pattern

Radius:
