The Bymat 1140 RS effortlessly cleans and polishes stainless steel weld seams (TIG) and surfaces. In addition, you can even mark or etch conductive metals in a dark or light way.

Clean and passivate weld seams using a carbon fiber brush. The Bymat 1140RS cleans TIG weld seams and polishes stainless steel surfaces cleanly and efficiently. The new construction and combination of the various technologies of the Bymat 1140RS provide unprecedented time savings. This increases productivity without the negative ecological effects of chemical applications such as pickling pastes.

The BrushLine 1140RS is an alternating current and direct current unit for electrochemical cleaning, dark & light marking and polishing. The cleaning electrolytes used are non-toxic (poisonous) and are used, among other things, in soft drinks (e.g. cola) as a flavor carrier.
