Clean and passivate weld seams using a carbon fiber brush. The Bymat 1130RS cleans TIG and MIG/MAG weld seams and polishes stainless steel surfaces cleanly and efficiently. The renewed structure and combination of the various technologies of the BYMAT 1130RS provide unprecedented time savings. This increases productivity without the negative ecological effects of chemical applications such as pickling pastes.

The BrushLine 1130RS is an alternating current and direct current unit for electrochemical cleaning, dark & light marking and polishing. The cleaning electrolytes used are non-toxic (poisonous) and are used, among other things, in soft drinks (e.g. cola) as a flavor carrier.
